Scheduler
Posts that go out by themselves: an announcement at a set time, a reminder every Monday at 18:00, a giveaway that starts every Friday. You plan it once in the dashboard, the bot sends it.

Plan a post
- Open Dashboard › Scheduler and click New post.
- Give it a name (only shown in the dashboard) and pick the channel.
- Choose Message - text, an embed or both - or Giveaway (see below). The preview shows the message as it will look in Discord.
- Set the first time and your time zone, then how it repeats: once, hourly, daily, weekly (pick the weekdays) or monthly. “Every 2 weeks” and similar are possible too.
- Click Save post. The list shows when it goes out next.
How repeating works
- Once - sent at the chosen time, then the post switches itself off (it stays in the list, so you can reuse it).
- Hourly - every N hours from the first time.
- Daily / weekly / monthly - at the same clock time in your time zone. Daylight saving is handled: a post at 18:00 stays at 18:00 all year.
- Weekly - on the weekdays you tick. The first time only sets the clock time and the week it starts in.
- Monthly - on the same day of the month; a post on the 31st goes out on the last day of shorter months.
- Bot offline? A post that is more than 6 hours overdue is skipped (not sent hours late); the schedule simply continues. The post shows a note about it.

Scheduled giveaways
A post of type Giveaway creates a giveaway when its time comes: prize, number of winners, how long it runs (30 minutes to 2 weeks) and, with the economy on, Boovies for every winner. It gets the usual entry button and the usual end announcement. The limit for giveaways running at the same time applies here too - if it is reached, the post notes that it couldn't start.
Requirements and bonus entries
Entry requirements and bonus entries can be set on giveaways you create by hand in the Giveaways tab, not on scheduled ones.
Manage
- Pause a post with its switch - it keeps its settings and continues when you switch it back on.
- Send now sends it right away without changing the schedule - good for a test.
- Edit changes anything; the next time is recalculated.
- If a post couldn't be sent (channel deleted, missing permission), the reason is shown on it.
What the bot needs
In the channel: View Channel, Send Messages and, for embeds, Embed Links. Mentions of @everyone and @here only work if the bot may use them there.
