Change Log

Who changed which setting, when, and from what to what. Every save in the dashboard and every settings import leaves an entry - so “who turned that off?” has an answer.

What is recorded

• Every settings change in the dashboard - all tabs, from XP rates to ticket types. The entry shows the person, the area, the time and every field with its old and new value. Added and removed entries (a level role, a shop item) are listed as such.
• Settings commands in Discord - /level-setup, /counting, /suggestions, /invite-setup, /guildtag, /giveaway, /antispam, /automod, /antinuke, /voice, /birthday, /economy and /ticket - marked “Discord”, with the command that was used.
• Imports and copies from Backup & Copy, marked “Import”.
• Not recorded: member data (XP, Boovies, invites, tickets) and one-off actions such as test messages, previews or ending a giveaway.

Channel and role ids are shown with their names where the dashboard knows them. Entries are kept for 90 days.

Finding something

1. Open Dashboard › Change Log. The newest entries are at the top; click one to see every change in it.
2. Filter by area (Starboard, Level Roles, …) or by person, or type a field name, a value or a name into the search.
3. Load older entries at the bottom goes further back.
