Build an embed

  1. Open Dashboard › Embed Builder.
  2. Start empty or from a template (Welcome, Rules).
  3. Content: title, description with Discord formatting, color, link and author.
  4. Fields & Media: up to 25 fields (inline fields sit side by side), thumbnail, image and footer.
  5. Pick a channel and click Send embed - or copy the JSON.

Images that don't expire

Every image field in the dashboard - here, in level-up and guild level messages, reaction roles, welcome messages, custom commands and the temp voice branding - has an Upload image button. The picture is stored by Booversum (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP up to 8 MB, GIFs stay animated) and gets a permanent link.

Don’t use links copied from Discord
Links like cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/… stop working after about a day - the image then disappears from your messages. The dashboard warns you about them: click Make permanent and Booversum saves a copy for good (as long as the original Discord message still exists).
